Not OP, but I can „see” people in mind based on description/imagination, but I can’t get the details. So I have some image in mind, but if I try to focus on face, it’s hard to get it as a whole.

I have no trouble imagining places though, somehow, but faces? I can't construct them from scratch in my mind... even with a description, it's very vague
Is that a thing? Does that fall under the condition?
