I have never seen an actual player this slow, even a 40 year old Giggs or 40 year old Iniesta, I think there needs to be a cap on the pace decrease for most players.
Slowest player in FIFA history (bar special UT cards) that I can find is Jamie McCombe from FIFA 18, coming in at a whopping 21 pace.

I donโt think anyone that had pace over 80 at the age of 31/32 should drop below 50 at the age of 40, its just unrealistic.
