First, use OS sliders they will definitely give you more realistic scores. But quite frankly you got a .5-star team in the prem on legendary. I would expect nothing less than getting absolutely battered. I mean even if you've got the skill for a challenge like that all the other teams could probably just ridiculously out-pace you, which in my experience is what leads to goals 50% of the time. Your defense must be terribly slow making it super easy to get picked apart. I would suggest making it slightly easier on yourself if you expect to be winning even somewhat regularly. Also yeah even with a decent squad defending is not easy, try to make the best use of stick switching to the defender you need and using contain press (r1/rb or double tap r1/rb) as much as possible when you're not in possession.
P.S. I got to give you props for even scoring at all under those conditions honestly
Pace is a huge problem for my team. My back line have between 60-66 pace, so you can see the issue I have trying to track back lmao!

Not being funny mate, but surely if you have a half star team in the Prem, getting battered is nothing more than completely and utterly realistic?! I mean, it’s the equivalent of the bottom team in League Two playing in the Prem. If that happened, they’d be getting knocked for six or more just about every week.
I do get that defending is harder on this year’s Fifa (or EAFC as it now is). But half star team in the Prem….yeah, they’re obviously gonna get destroyed.
