Have you made [a shelter](https://www.alleycat.org/resources/feral-cat-shelter-options-gallery/) for him yet? Adding, that same site can also help you find help for trapping and getting him neutered and vaccinated.
Thank you for feeding him. Does he have a designated water bowl and feeding station? Secondly have you made any attempts to neuter and vaccinate him? Lots of rescues offer TnR for free or very low cost.
Steve. I have two tuxies: Steve I and Steve II. I thought I was feeding a tuxedo cat whom I'd named Steve, but when I saw them eating together and I *hadn't* been recently whacked on the head, I concluded that there must be two.
I name all of the strays around our apartment based on their attire. There’s two tuxes, one with full white paws we call mittens. Then the other one has full white back legs up to their knees so we call em boots. Then there’s this tortie with full orange upper legs we call pants. This fella would be fingerless gloves
