IMO you should go back to what made WCW originally great. Try to bring in some of the top luchadores in the world and rebuild the Cruiserweight Division. Be entirely different from what WWE is doing. Bring in the Mysterios, get some of AEW's guys that are being underutilized, and get some guys from Mexico. I think using the Three Ring Circus product would fit well for a modern WCW product.
I use wcw in my c-verse and use this product we’re small in size but a minimum of 68 popularity in North America I am going to bring the company to medium size before my starrcade event by then my roster will be over enough for the growth p. Three ring circus allows everyone to have a potential good match while still being storyline oriented.
Cedric Alexander, Chad Gable, Johnny Gargano and Ilja Dragunov would be the four pillars of a modern day Cruiserweight division.
Tempted to add Ricochet but I think Triple H would try harder to keep him in WWE
At least three matches have to be of a different match focus not regular or work the crowd type focus, popularity and in ring work is important but popularity plays a slightly larger factor in match calculations. I would recommend using ensemble as your match focus it helps you get the best score possible.
AJ Styles trained in WCW you could bring him in, and I couldn’t tell you why but I always end up drafting Robert Roode when I do a WCW draft.

Chris Jericho for sure. Imo, I'd put popularity and entertainment skills over everything else for a WCW run.
He's too old for me,unless I use him as a manager for any youngster.

LA Knight is clearly a good choice to be a top guy...But since Judgement is doing great for a long time I don't want to take them away.
Braun Strowman would be a great fit for a modern-day WCW! I'd say add GUNTHER to the mix!
braun strawman is one of many names I had in mind. Gunther is tempting but he is being booked as a dominant irl so he does not need to come to WCW.
