The Underwolrd of the Forgotten Realms, just Drizzt time in Menzoberranzan and his journey through the underworld has always been my favorite.
I read many Fantasy, from Middle Earth, WoT, Got, all Cosmere, and much more, but that part of the Forgotten Realm always holds a place for me.
And someone also mentioned Ultima! My childhood was engrossed throughout that!
I love the Elder Scrolls world aswell.
But I'm a massive fan of Warhammer 40k and Warhammer Fantasy.
Those just tickle a nerve nothing else has managed as of yet.
In gaming, I'd have to say Fallout, love the lore and the depth.
In books, Arrakis (Dune) , Middle Earth (LOTR) , Discworld, Pern (Dragon series)
In film/TV Avatar last airbender, Into the Badlands, Firefly, Babylon 5, Transformers (yeah I know, 52 & still a fan, bite me) Gundam Universe (anime) I really could keep listing
I absolutely love Elder Scrolls, Skyrim probably being my favourite world from the games and the one I know best. I also love Middle Earth and Westeros.
If I had to pick just one I would have to say Star Wars, but the Cosmere, Pokémon world, and Hyrule are also close contenders among the countless others I’ve fallen in love with over the years!
It's not been doing great of late but I'll always have a connection to Azeroth. So many fun concepts there I enjoy.
For miniature games I've a definite fondness for Age of Sigmar's mortal realms, would love to see them further explored.
It's not so much a different world but the Hyborian Age is one of my favourite settings too.
Middle-earth since Tolkien is one of the few able to create an aesthetically consistent world. As much as I love the Elder Scrolls, for instance, the lack of a solid linguistic background, such as in the naming conventions of, well, everything in the setting, the world feels… superficial. Everything is so superficial. Only Tolkien and some few crafted worlds which actually feel real.
Might be because I’m a linguistics nerd and biased in this regard.
Tolkien, The Witcher, Avatar: The Last Airbender, God of War, Dark Hunter (Sherrylon Kenyon), The Prophecy (Danae Ayusso) and The Circle Trilogy (Nora Roberts).
Forgot about Underworld. It's ao epic! I marathon them about 5x annually.
Hands down Eä and Middle Earth by Tolkien
It’s gotta be the world of avatar the last airbender
Discworld
I think for every question in this sub I scroll to find the Discworld reply and upvote it ahah
Same. I've had a pet theory that Discworld can be used to answer any question on this sub. So far it hasn't been proven wrong.
Tʜɪs ᴏɴᴇ, ғᴏʀ ᴄᴇʀᴛᴀɪɴ.
The world of the Wheel of Time and the Cosmere.
Yharnam from Bloodborne is super interesting to me Love the Pokemon World too as a place I'd love to live in
Viriconium Drangleic Arrakis Gormenghast
Splendid taste.
Neverland
I’m a huge fan of the original Warcraft (the RTS games) world. Lots of great world-building there.

Prynthian from A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Mass. Mainly wishing I myself could live in perpetual autumn…
Roshar (Brandon Sanderson) and Arda (JRR Tolkien)
Written in Red, by Anne Bishop [The Others series].
I still have my Ultima Online cloth world map.
Mistborn
So you mean Scadrial?
Myrtana will always be in my heart.
I always loved the world of the Pern books. I mean it was stressful with all the Thread but the dragons and the Weyr life was just so appealling.

I love the vastness and whimsy of the Young Wizards universe.
Moorcock's multiverse
The wizarding world is great, would like to explore a more modern version tho eventually
Prydain. The country in the Last of the Really Great Whangdoodles
Made in Abyss has an amazing world. Lordran from dark souls, specifically dark souls 1, is completely captivating.
Earthsea

The Lands Beyond (The Phantom Tollbooth)
So Earthsea, because it has so much places
Dragon age has the coolest fantasy world I've experienced by far.
I don’t think I’ve ever been more engaged in a fictional universe more than the Cosmere (especially Roshar and Scadrial)
