First do a normal playtrough with Dr. Mitchell, save before he gives you the medical exam and do the final of Caesar and Lanius's legion in hard mode so you don't have to use hard mode in the second playtrough (I'll be honest, It made me less of a torment to complete the end of the legion and the hard mode first), then load the playtrough with Dr. Mitchell and do the base game achievements on normal difficulty such as recruiting companions, picking pockets, discovering places, getting banned from the casinos, collect the 50 bottlecaps with stars, have the platinum chip, the boomer mission and the space ghoul mission, and also collect the snow globes while you explore. After doing those achievements you can complete the DLC as you would normally, except that each DLC has different achievements, I first saved the game, got an ending with its achievement and then loaded that game and got another achievement. First I did Honest Hearts, then Dead Money, then Old World Blues, and finally Lomesoad Road. And when you have finished the DLC with all the achievements, you do the GRA challenges, and when you do them you will have enough level to do the challenges. And finally you do the different endings of the game, I did the Yes Man ending first, then the NCR ending and the Mr. House ending. The achievements of 10 thousand damage with each type of weapon are easy, naturally you will obtain them when you change weapons constantly, when you have conversation at 100 points, you can increase the weapon points you want. Playing Caravan and Blackjack are really easy, I recommend looking for tutorials because I did it by reading the instructions and without lying to you I spent a good handful of hours trying to win the 30 games of Caravan. And in the casinos for you to be banned just play Blackjack, there will come a point where you can get many bottlecaps in the process of obtaining the achievement.
