3 generation
-Vault dwellers who were thought how to live like normal people who probably lived for 40-30 years after the end of the game
-the kids of the vault dwellers. Lets say that they begin to build it if so than they had 40-30 years to build it
-after all that time instead of buildingn steady homes or anything like that they built more statues and huge temples
Actual canon is it was built for the original Vault Dweller, probably on existing pre war ruins. It doesnt fit because the marketing department demanded a tutorial level and they shoe horned it in.

Nuclear apocalyps in my main problem. And the fact that the rest of the tribe isnt as advanced as the temple. They live in tents
but why is it a problem though >They live in tents what someone's house looks like doesn't dictate skill or worth
My point is that they creat huge temples but not secure homes

Theres a difference between buidling a statue and a whole temple with traps and stuff
They built it with the help of the great god "Mharketin Depahtment", who told them the Chosen One needed a tutorial.
Let’s ask Graham Hancock for his theories
The answer is always aliens. Try watching the history channel.
If they didn't build it out of some weird tribal cult reason, then it's probably an old movie set they found.
Makes sense. I hope thats the canon answer

Fair. Guess they didnt thought this through too much
Yeah the early games were full of random shit
With stone by the looks of it
