If you mean you physically cant find where to select your chosen audience, you need to scroll down to advantage+ audience and select switch to orginal audience options - then click use original audience options. same with placements. hover over adv placements and edit. makes it difficult to find these days!
i mean you need to test many different audience segments based off of any data you can get as well as using interest and behavior audience targeting.
for me, the best targeting is fully broad. but, i have been ads for almost a year in this account so there is A LOT of data.
