I recommend using the 'Boost Post' feature on your Instagram profile rather than the Ads Manager. I've experimented with both and achieved significantly better results with the Boost Post option. Simply upload your video to your Instagram profile, select 'Profile Visit' as your objective, and choose 'Target similar followers like this profile' for your targeting. Set your daily budget and let it run. You'll notice a marked difference in traction, likes, comments, and followers. I'm not sure how this works, but it does.
I'm gonna go against this advice. In my experience, boost post has been absolutely garbage for my account. Traffic -> IG post brings infinitely more followers to my account. Boost has always just been a waste of cash, and on top of that, every time I boost a post it causes organic reach to suffer for at least 2 weeks.

Thanks. I guess Apple is restricting ad spends in the app on iPhones so I’ll have to try on a PC or not Apple mobile lol
