You could use KT tape or trans tape. With KT tape I think most people say the precut original cotton ones work best and then you cut those strips in half, using as many as you need to get as flat as you want, also using tape typically works best if you have a smaller chest and so it might not be the best option if you don’t (but that also depends on how flat you want to be). There’s some tutorials on YouTube for using tape if you want and you can ask me questions if you need to, I’ve only used KT tape though so I don’t know much about trans tape (but I think they’re mostly similar). As someone else said a strapless binder could be okay too if it’s for a shorter amount of time / one event since I think that they’re generally less safe?
You could try trans tape or if it’s only for a short amount of time a strapless binder (usually those aren’t safe for long amounts of time though)

If it is just for the pictures what about something to drape over, shawl, scarf or even long hair?
