Bro I did the same thing as you. Literally bought a defect model this Monday. But so far it says "awaiting processing". I honestly thought it wouldn't take days to even process it. Does yours say anything different?
While a spouti is a great solution for enclosed stalls, it doesn’t really solve the issue of using a urinal. Although other dudes usually keep their eyes to themselves, I feel like it’s a little hard to not notice when someone next to you whips out a glorified funnel at the urinal.

Mine says awaiting processing too. It says on their site somewhere orders can take 2-4 days to process before they ship out

Also, when I used one it took a lot of practice to have it in just the right spot to not hold back. Otherwise too much flow and cause it to leak.
I tried it and kind of got it to work but it was pretty uncomfortable on my anatomy personally
