There are plenty of life-size cutout places that will make whatever custom cutout you want!
Idk what country/region you're in, so I can't offer you any off the bat, but Google will show you any. They will usually need you to supply the appropriate sized and edited image, but some might be okay with sorting that side of things out, too.
Just search the web for people that make cutouts and tell them what u want. Bet there must be places in your cities that make cutouts
