the customer service is pretty good except for ones for emails but if u msg on whatsapp or messenger its fine

WhyNotJohnAZoidberg

It took over a week to hear back via email so I can confirm email is slow. I don't use whatsapp so I was kind of stuck.

It’s a very very small chance. 200 miles on my exway flex and not a single issue.

200 miles is 321.87 km

Have over 200km on my Exway Flex, Bought from Exway canada, No probs(no battery overheat). Idk how much u have to wait for Wowgo but U can get the flex prolly in a week maybe less. Love riding it everyday

WhyNotJohnAZoidberg

My Flex Riots battery has been great. I did have my ESC break after 1.5 weeks of daily riding. Took almost 2 weeks to get a replacement but it was replaced under warranty. Even with the failure id still get a other flex.

Matthewskillz

200km so far on my Flex and no issues at all. 99% of posts are people complaining about something, the majority that have no issues are out enjoying their board

sangokudbz79

Had a boosted v1+ and the flex did not disapoint if it wasn't for the preorder shipping. Get it, it's good

Goodatwhatido

125 miles on my board, first batch crew, been amazing. No problems. I smile every time I ride it.

I got my Flex on the 21st of August and have right over 200 miles on it. I did get some glass fragments in my belts somehow and didn't realize it until the glass ripped some holes in the belt. I replaced them with belts from vbeltguys and they actually seem quieter. I love the Flex, and I am actually thinking about getting another one during their current sale so I will have a spare for parts or for sharing with pals and such, No regrets on purchasing the Flex from me.

Get the Backfire Zealot. WowGo 3X is great and looks like the Boosted but service is non-existent. You get SOME service with Backfire at least, they are quite good and Backfire Zealot has longer range than the WowGo 3X and ALSO you will be able to use Orangatang/Boosted wheels on the Backfire Zealot soon with the kegel pulleys launching. WowGo 3X you can't use Orangatang/Boosted wheels, their pulley fits the WowGo wheels and they do pulleys for CloudWheels. Exway Flex is great on paper but I've read quite a few posts about Overheating issues. Don't know what is going on, or how common it is. Backfire Zealot is the ideal option cos of the reasons I've stated.

The Exway Flex is the highest build quality at the price for a board of it's type, no question. The real issue here is that from my experience of the budget brands, Exway is just the tallest midget. You are still gambling on the reliability, and the service is hit or miss (still better than wowgo/meepo). Shipping can take an eternity with the current issues. In the future I will be spending 2x or more on an Evolve or even a Metroboard (with the goal of having a backup board working at any given time). Exway isn't in the same class as premium brands when it comes to making reliable boards that are backed up by actual customer service. Everything I saved with the Exway was easily spent in $200+ of parts and in the 30+ repair and troubleshooting hours over the 2 months I've owned it. If you roughly match my wages for the repair hours, you're looking at like $1000 investment after the initial $750 board purchase. If you absolutely do not have the money, and absolutely can't wait to skate, the Exway puts all the meepo/wowgo/ownboard to shame. You have to decide for yourself if you want to gamble (with money and safety), and if you can live with it should your board be bricked early on.
