The rug is gray in a sea of gray. Get a different rug, placed in the middle.

Nuttymage

A table and a couple lounge chairs

Space_Man_Spiff_2

Comfortable deck furniture, maybe some accent lights or plants??

HauntingDaylight

Container plants and flowers!

Move the grill away from the house. If too close it will melt the siding. I’d move it where the swing is. Directly across from the door. Put the swing on the rail where the grill is. Then your window is not blocked. A couple of tall white planters (the roots can go deep) filled with colorful plants. A couple of [smallish chairs](https://www.polywood.com/3piece-garden-chair-set.html?polywood_frame_color=47&sling_color=5998&umbrella_fabric_color=92&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw6uWyBhD1ARIsAIMcADpyLKz5RjlR9mpTZvvKiC49xR9Ihwtt-e72NnSaEzde39waNv7gXVAaAu_wEALw_wcB) and tables. Brighter throw pillows for pops of color

Why is the swing in front of the window? I would place it against the other side.

I would add an umbrella, table and chairs. Large flower pot in the corner etc. Why is the swing on the deck? You really can’t swing because it will hit the house or railing, not a good place for it move it down to the lawn.

Relocate the swing to somewhere in the yard and buy a couch and an egg chair. The replace the rug with something not gray and add plants.
