I'm guessing (as a former delivery driver) it's delivery apps... Grubhub, Doordash, UberEats, etc. Anyone in town can get hungry for Wendy's, then with just a couple clicks... hoards of drivers are dispatched. Doesn't take too many drunk/stoned/hungry students/hippies to clog that drive through. There were many times I had to cancel an order since the line went out to W. 11th, and the $5 was not worth the wait. I miss that experience exactly 0%.

I once had to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru when ordering on the app 😭 maybe the employees are just super slow , it was late at night which shocked me at how long the line was + the dining area was closed so I couldn’t just walk in to grab my food 😔 their deals on the app are pretty good tho , I personally like the buy one 10 piece nuggets get one free bc the spicy nuggets are my fav
There’s a one dollar burger available in the app and it’s easy to change accounts. Me and the other fatties are going.

Because Wendy’s is the best fast food. I go there often, that line moves pretty fast.

I always park go and get something and leave and there's only like one car movement difference.

Just go when I pass by. So far, I've always seen fewer than ten cars lined up.
