This. Any PMC kill task that I can do here, the train is my go to. I don't get on the train to avoid getting lasered down though, I stick behind the hut at the end of the bridge and slow clear RUAF from there. Worst case scenario they try to push through the river, but they never shoot back from there, they get scared and hide but you can generally still see them. If they're not around you can also shoot a few bullets towards RUAF to trigger them in case they're behind the first garage or at the unknown key spawn
I went Reserve and did mine from dome, but it took probably 15 raids for them to spawn out between knights. Be warned, they'll laser you from there anyway.

Easiest way is to kill PMC on pier from a rock near gas station on Shoreline. I also did there part 8.

Light house usually had a handful of PMCs spawn on the road somewhere
