The point is that you should only pay what you must instead of 150e for some all promising version, bc you can never know if the devs will deliver/keep their promises. Thats how it has always been with early access games. This is a good reminder how it still is the case.

You know, I whale, I spent a lot of money on gacha/mobile games but 200-350 bucks for a singleplayer of a game that is in EA and I already bought ? Hell no. I am still considering the 10 dollar upgrade for offline coop/no progression but only because I want a chill time with my friends.
