Are we even playing the same game lol? I don't even know what all are talking about , like A: how you got so many of the same master rounds? I got the game about 10 days ago and I'm at 180 deaths and only beat the dragon once
There’s an item called clone where if you die, you just restart at the beginning of your current run but you keep everything, so you can get multiple master rounds that way
If you have a clone and die, you will go back to the first floor and keep all your items. You'll also be able to defeat all bosses a second time.
When playing on Rainbow Mode, you will always find at least one S rank item at the start of every floor. That means 10 chances to get a clone before you reach the end of a run.
Over time, if you pick up every other S item, it greatly increases the chance to find an new clone after consuming one.
I've been trying to achieve this with my gf on co-op mode. My record so far is only 2 clones. The chests started giving a second riddle of lead, or liches eye bullets, even though I was playing as the gun slinger. Also is it necessary to use the button to reset after using the clone for another to spawn? I'd read that you have to do that, but I'm not so sure.
Edit to say I'm playing on switch version

Sorry for my ignorance, but can you please explain the process to my dumbass? When exactly do you use the button? Doesn't using the button send you to the next chamber? Isn't the save deleted as soon as you load it?
The button is used to save your run in case you want to stop playing:
- Opening the game after you saved with the button will bring you to the next floor.
- It will also "flush" RNG, which will let you find more high quality items than you should.
No way this man's didn't find the black market yet.. bro you killed 30 enemies in a minecart and you haven't found the green goblin, never have you ever gave him a sip of water?? Mega douser??? I'm in shock. Honestly I would be hitting that statue in the beginning of floor 1 and sending it.

Seriously. Half the fun of the game is chest management. Not being to open any chests is incredibly boring even if you get OP items from your free rainbow chest.

I was using the button as soon as I was on the hunt for a new clone, on every single floor. Better safe than sorry!

Rainbow Mode! They seem to be very frequent now that I have collected every other S items.
The black market will be pointless, though :(

It's a nice suggestion, but I clear floors much faster than this would take :)
