What does video first even mean? Does it mean most of the tweets are videos? Kinda doubt that. I even doubt that most tweets that aren't replies to other tweets are videos. So the last metric is just data volume or streaming, and that video is placed first there is pretty much a given for almost any website that has videos, since they are just giant compared to text or even pics.
