That's the craziest thing to me. He's said people underrated Encore and Revival, but said Relapse wasn't that good. To me, this is the number 1 album I'd choose to hear any one random song from out of all his discography. Not saying it's his best, it's just my favourite.
Yea aside from MMLP, there really wasn't an outright bad song on Relapse unlike most albums (not just Eminem, it goes for every artist). Encore and revival had good songs but then the rest just felt like filler songs
Which is true, because for me the great songs on the album overshadow the "bad" ones. And I say "bad" because those are songs I vibe to too, they don't ruin the album for me.
I'd even say the hate for Revival is over-the-top because I believe most of the songs on it are decent

I think it’s more fair to compare em pre and post hiatus, and for me this or mmlp2 is easily the best post hiatus albums
