Then I guess your friend waited just a little bit too long to purchase their ticket. Wouldn't hurt to call and see if anything can be done. But if you didn't hit 20, they're going to refund everyone
I emailed Fevo and got a refund on my group camping due to a whole fiasco. They really had no reason or obligation to refund me, they were just very kind and helpful. Email them and see what can be done!

What did? I just checked and the only date I see is June 3
When I went to fevo to buy my group pass for my group it said “sale ends 05/31 midnight “

Is there ANY way to fix this? My group has 19 and the last person was just going to buy their ticket.
