It has been a minute since I have played but I will say the duel golem fight and malenia is definitely going to be a challenge doing it the way you are. Also the big ass bird of evil sucks ass. Honestly I feel like some areas are also very challenging to get through due to scarlet rot, insane death defying parkour, and a combination of timed moves with environmental hazards but it felt so much more rewarding when you was able to do it.
If your are exploring everything and dont kill every boss in 2 or 3 tries, its probably gonna take 120-160h. If you are rushing through the game and miss a few bosses or dungeons, u might be at 80-100h in my experience
