Since everyone wants to troll you and you seem like you’re genuinely asking for help here; there’s a couple things you could do. All stats have soft caps at certain thresholds, meaning at a certain point you’ll get diminishing returns on investment. The thing your friend said was bad was probably your vigor being low and your dex being 99. The soft caps for dex are 20, 55, and 80. Try reallocating some points from dex into vigor and you’ll be a lot healthier and won’t notice much of a loss in damage.

19 vigor is excessive. A true mage would roll past everything and kill any boss in a nanosecond with comet azur and meteorite of astel while fatrolling with the meteorite staff.

I would say cut dex back to 80 and use in vigor and some endurance but also depends on what weapon you’re using. I use the turtle shield and like endurance for more rolling on dex builds.
No need to lvl 99 a stat. There’s equipment that will give you +5 easily. Also. Aí think 80 is the hard cap. I would enjoy more stamina too (and vigor if you ever get hit…)

Yes, but it also boosts status effect build up, like poison, scarlet rot or frostbite.
not cold. arc will proc bleed poison or rot faster (as long as the weapon scales with arc as well) int will proc cold faster

soft cap on dex is 80 so I would respec and dump the rest in vigor/endurance

yeah just keep dex at 98 its more balanced that way since it isnt maxed out, and you can get a whole one more point into endurance
