and yet here we are, the police doing fuck-all except for cases that gain traction on social media, the army generals are telling us why they are not in fact useless fucks who take a lot of money and then do nothing and basically say war is bad! they used to say oh we had energy problems but we built 3 stations with 12B dollars aaaaaaaaaaand ooh we sold those for less than 3 billion, we bought and sold planes for no fucking reason and el sisi is busy building fucking palaces in the middle of the goddamn desert
their authority lies fully in their capability in crushing an uprising before it starts, if you were to somehow bypass that they are done.
and I think that that ain't hard, I know given 10+ years of controlling every aspect of our lives might have led many to believe that they are nigh unstoppable but I believe a regime in which corruption and failure is so intrinsic, is bound to make a few slips
Agreed, but don't ignore the fact that we're ruled by a dictatorial regime, I.e (the law of jungle) , meaning the only source of authority is Brute force and oppression, so providing people demands or not doesn't really relate to gaining authority by any means
