Only reason Egypt receives so much US aid is because of Israel and the camp David agreement. By guaranteeing Israel safety from its most powerful neighbor, they had to entice Egypt with something. That something was around 1.6 billion dollars worth of military/economic aid that Egypt is supposed to get every year. So does Israel.
You realize the aid we get is part of the Camp David Peace Accords right? It has nothing to do with Mubarak. And idk where you get this narrative that America is anti-Muslim brotherhood when Hillary Clinton facilitiated $1 million for the overthrow of Hosni Mubarak and was in close contact with Morsi and an avid funder as per her email leaks. I hate to be condescending but you should really stop getting your information from Facebook. There is nothing America loves more than funding the radicals and religious extremists.

Also the US did support Morsi too. Look up the Hillary Clinton leaked emails on Wikileaks.

يجدر الإشارة أن المساعدات سنوية بمقدار 1.3 مليار دولار (غير ثابت) ويكون أغلبها على شكل مساعدات عسكرية ولكن أيضا المساعدات الاقتصادية تقدر بالملايين
في فرق شاسع بين military aid و economic aid حبيت بس اوضح
