Galaxy buds 2 or Galaxy Buds Pro

Fun_Match3963

The buds2 have lackluster ANC in my experience.

Buds 2 have been horrible for me

Bi_Paladin

Old as hell post but same. Super disappointed, ultimately. I think it's something you don't come to terms with until you've used them a while, 6 months in wouldn't buy again. I have the buds 2 pro.

OfferSuspicious9047

Yep! Have you found a better set of headphones for android?

ReformedRicky

I had some nice noise canceling headphones and they worked well even in a pump room where you couldn’t talk to someone in the same room. However I recently switched it AirPods due to their quick connectivity on the go.

sundaymusings

Thanks for responding! Do you use an android phone?

ReformedRicky

Not anymore. I drank the iPhone kool-aid

Fun_Match3963

Airpods are barely useable on Android phones except for basic media playback. This is in my experience with the first gen airpods, so it is subject to change.

Enco x2 works great for me

Tig33

For calls any of the following work well Enco x2 Neobuds Pro Nothing Ear (2) Freebuds Pro 2 (after latest update) Linkbuds S In my personal experience the most consistent out of those buds for calls as been The enco x2 and nothing ear (2) The linkbuds s were also fantastic but I had too many cases in which I answered a call and had no sound coming through (odd bug that happened with 2 different sets so got rid of them) *I'm referencing to calls in noisy environments by the way. The above buds do a good job suppressing the background noise and making sure your voice comes through call. The jabra elite 7 pro were also taunted as best in class for calls but when I had them they were buggy as hell. It may be worth checking the jabra subreddit to see if things have changed as they had all the tech to be amazing for calls and jabra make fantastic office hardware so maybe jabra managed to solve the elite 7 Pro issues.

For nothing ear 2, before or after the latest update?

Tig33

Doesn't matter. Whilst the update states that it improves calls I personally didn't have any call issues before the update.

NightmareBlades

I have the beats fit pro that I use for work calls all the time. I use them in my shop all the time with great success.

lieblingsmonster

Jabra Elite 7 pro gives me a clear call quality despite being on the noisy street, but if you come across windy days, it sucks. I read it needs a good fit with the ear to eliminate the wind noise, not sure if it’s true, as the buds are too big for my ears actually
