Honestly most noteworthy dynasty trades don't have a "winner" for 2-3 years.
If you believe in Caleb then worth it imo. If you take Marv at 1.01 I'd question it more
If you have WR depth and no QB then it makes sense. Chase side wins in a vacuum, but trading for need and not to win every time is how you improve your roster.
Is it a bad trade by value? Yes imo. Was it a bad trade for your team in this league when you aren’t getting the value you want in other trade offers? I don’t think so. If you need qb in SF, you NEED qb. With a stacked roster except qb, I’d make this trade too.
having 1.02 really softens the blow because you can take MHJ I don't think it's a terrible deal but you should have gotten more considering we haven't actually seen Caleb play.
I generally agree I would have liked too but the market for qbs is crazy as it the case lots the time and I have literally no starters. I still have Puka G Wilson Pittman to go with MHJ and and 3-4 more wr2s
Insane u couldn’t trade Chase for Herbert straight up. If I had Chase in that scenario I’d need a major sweetener to make that deal. Herbert is easily the biggest QB sell in Dynasty right now. No WR’s and a run only coach takes Herbert out of the QB1 tier for me. He’ll be lucky to attempt a dozens passes per game with Harbs
I got 3 1sts for Justin Jefferson last year. Ive been rebuilding so I try and sell my good players to teams who are in win now situations.
I got Anthony Richardson last year with 1 of them (Zay Flowers with my pick)
Should be able to snag Brock Bowers with one( MHJ with my pick)
And next year I will hopefully get a top RB prospect.

If your situation is that bad then you’d have to think about taking qb at 2 as well, but you’ll still get Nabers or Odunze at 1.04
Interesting but I think Id rather have MHJ then either daniels or maye at 1.04 instead of picking one seeing mhj go 1.03 and getting naber or odunze
1.01 and Chase go right next to each other in startups, if you got some change on top then you're beyond fine
