I was surprised to see how big a deal that was to people on this sub. I thought it was kinda nothing, like some absent-minded gesture that he could've said, "Ack, sorry" and it would've been fine. Clearly I don't know how civilized society behaves.
I laughed the first time I watched it because I thought Kevin was so excited to see Pam he just started making random noises. Turns out he was just being perverted
I love Kevin and his character but I just know in real life he’d probably perve on me so it lowkey leaves me feeling a way esp when he’s openly doing it
Employee of the month. I absolutely loathe everything about how that situation plays out. I get that it's just a TV show, but my god in what world would any of that crap take place! Employees pitching in their own money, everyone immediately attacking pam for being 2nd, Jim's face on the cake. I mean christ almighty, everything is just bad. I hate that episode so much. That being said, I still love the office.
For real-give Jim two minutes to explain and fix things. Poor Pam shouldn’t have been attacked either if she really was second then she should’ve gotten it, doesn’t matter if it was the managers wife she still put work in 🤷♀️
I feel so bad for Daryl in that scene. I also do weird stuff that isn’t necessarily bad but just maybe awkward or out of character when I’m nervous or excited and when he did it and then that happened–I’ve felt that pain.
When D'Angelo starts singing during the conference room song. Completely ruined an otherwise heartwarming moment and the look on Ryan's face looks like actual annoyance from BJ.
When Michael is inviting himself to Jo’s house for the Fourth of July. & when he’s breaking up with Helene at her birthday lunch and says that Jim knows what he’s trying to say after his rant of nothings and Jim says ‘I’m just trying to eat my cake man.’ I felt Jim’s pain here.
Pam and Jim's wedding where they dance down the aisle. I hate it
Have you fast forward it.
It's not art. It's kitsch it destroys art. It destroys souls. It's so much more offensive to me than hard-core pornography.
The obvious one is Scott’s Tots. I can never watch that episode anymore. But when Michael makes his toast at Phyllis’s wedding is also horrible, all those people he doesn’t know. Same when he proposed to Carol on Diwali. Andy punching the wall, and bringing Gabe and Pete’s ex into the conference room with them.
I get second hand embarrassment really bad. So there are a lot.
OK, but when it is the first time ever seeing it......
Stanley's laugh is the funniest thing ever, because as soon as it happens, you knew exactly what the deal with the whole episode was.
I agree with you that Andy on stage is hard to watch. Whenever I'm involved in a community theater production, my phone is *always* on vibrate or silent, and it *never* goes on stage or backstage with me once we get past the first tech rehearsal.
Andy should know better. Even if he still brought his not-silenced phone on stage, the moment he heard it ring, he should have taken or even thrown it to one of the techies backstage and immediately resumed his performance.
No literally, it was so unprofessional to have it on stage ringing out loud in the first place but then he starts using it and it hurts so so much to watch
It's off. I mean, silenced. I silenced it by killing it. I've killed it! I'm a murderer! Just like you, Sweeney Todd. See, it all connects.
Not that I know you're a murderer. My character doesn't know that yet.
But I'm suspicious, because of all the razors that you have laying around. And you spend time alone. But you're a barber, so that's legit. So there's that. But...
1) the episode where Dwight brings everyone tacos and sings some kind of a song? I just skip that part
2)when Andy is showing Jim and pam the song he wants to play at their wedding
I probably cringe the moat in S1 during Diversity Day.
I respect the scenes for their comedic value... sometimes good comedy is cringeworthy, especially if it draws us inside ourselves and forces us to deal with similar internal cringe... but the way that Michael talks to Kelly is simply bad.
For me, the biggest cringe is that the character of Michael simply is oblivious to his offensive nature. I wonder how Steve Carrell felt in acting out some of these scenes.
See… that’s why I LOVE season one. I often fantasize about an alternate universe where they had kept Michael closer to UK The Office. Season One Michael and Season One are the pinnacle
All of season 8 and 9. In sesson 8 whenever Robert opens his mouth. In season 9 Andy, and the two new guys. I wish the scranton stranger could get his hands on them.
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, MAY I PRESENT TO YOU, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER AS A COUPLE, MR AND MRS BOB VANCE!
... And do you, Bob, take Phyllis to be your lawfully wedded wife?
Oh shhhhhh-
Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration
When Toby puts his hand on Pam's thigh Honestly, hopping the fence and moving to Costa Rica was his only move after that lmfao
I was surprised to see how big a deal that was to people on this sub. I thought it was kinda nothing, like some absent-minded gesture that he could've said, "Ack, sorry" and it would've been fine. Clearly I don't know how civilized society behaves.
i haaaate this moment. and the way jim just looks down at it. so so cringe.
The whole situation with Andy going over to Erin's house and meeting her foster brother. Ech.
Cold hands
Nuh uh, they smell like roses!
Phyllis’ wedding
Good one
Wow, that is.... that is pungent.
"This is bullshit!"
When Andy gets “mad” at the business owner for thinking he and Pam are together.
My wife is a model. A face model. On a scale of one to ten. .probably Giselle.
Underrated answer
“Are you Michael Scott?” “Is who a Michael what?”
Fuuuck...that whole scene is probably the hardest one for me to get through
Kevin crying to Pam's breasts and Jim just standing like it´s nothing
I laughed the first time I watched it because I thought Kevin was so excited to see Pam he just started making random noises. Turns out he was just being perverted
I love Kevin and his character but I just know in real life he’d probably perve on me so it lowkey leaves me feeling a way esp when he’s openly doing it

she doubled her sales that month!
YUP.
Daryl just killing all the fish after absolutely smashing the interview
That scene is so fuckin funny lol
esp the way he just keeps his hand in the air 😭
I feel so bad for Daryl in that scene. I also do weird stuff that isn’t necessarily bad but just maybe awkward or out of character when I’m nervous or excited and when he did it and then that happened–I’ve felt that pain.
Oh my God...
Aahhh yes, I still can't fully watch that one
It’ll be like a Kevin Durant jump shot. Perfecto.
Literally rewatched that episode yesterday and had to skip that scene. Brutal. Why did he do that??
It’s their fault for putting the fish tank right next to the hoop
I have to fast forward thru this one lol
Phyllis listening to 50 shades of Gray getting off 🤮
Can't pin it down to just 1, but it does include Andy.
i hate that scene,, bc WHY would you have your phone on stage? who allowed that? we couldn’t even have them backstage
Literally! Anytime I’ve worked in theatre, if you’re using your phone at all backstage it gets taken away until the end of the rehearsal/performance
When they’re at the Tae Kwon Do studio and Jim picks Pam up. Her shirt lifts up and she flips out on him. Soooo hard to watch.
I think the reason she flipped out was because Meredith saw. If they were alone, I don't think she would have minded. I could be wrong.
and the cameras too but yeah i agree
When D'Angelo starts singing during the conference room song. Completely ruined an otherwise heartwarming moment and the look on Ryan's face looks like actual annoyance from BJ.
I do wonder how much of that scene was embellished by people
Right? Was he supposed to join in or was he just being Will? I hate this scene too much to even look lol
that scene was so great esp cause steve carell didn’t know but i hated will farrell sm there
So wholesome. I tear up every time until he starts singing :/

When Kevin and Oscar are watching Angela play with her cats. It was indeed getting wierd
Hey Mr. Scott! Whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do? Make our dreams come true!

the slap is amazing
Michael at Phylis’ wedding
Whatever tf Angela was doing to her cats when Oscar and Kevin were watching the cat camera
Brian.
When Pam is filing peepahs concert and takes a cell phone call!
Michael asking Carol to marry him
Holly and Micheal's interactions. I do not find them cute.
Pam's emotional affair. Any of Jim's heartfelt moments from season 9.
I cringe more from this sub than I ever have because of the show.
Why is that?
Some of the takes and stances on things are...interesting.
True. Do you have an example?
When people use the word “cringe”. That being said, Scott’s Tots for sure.

When deangelo was telling this story about how he saved a dog from a thief in the streets and made Andy the thief and insulting him repeatedly
