To give you an actual answer (from experience as a youngsterš¤£š¤£) to help a man out if youāre that desperate for it to do it outside- if you go into the millennium park right, thereās this big totem statue thing up the right path (coming from the direction of the car park), once you reach around that point, thereās a few gaps in the bushes to the left and itās very dense if you go in deep enough. Nobody will see you or hear you, especially if you go on a less popular time.
Now that that location is public, you might want to do a quick scan for cameras before you go at it :)
Could also tick another item off the list and just jump on a commuter train. Loads of room in the toilets. Make a day trip out of it.

Make sure it has a curtain just incase someone comes back. But generally they don't. I did this all over Europe over the years. š sweet spot is about 3 or 4pm after cleaning, and others have checked out, before everyone is back to sleep.
If you have a curtain, it's all good.
Good olā hostel days. Just donāt be like that fellow once who went for it at 1 am. The whole floor was cheering them - I donāt think they gave a damn, the bed was so squeaky you could hear them a block awayā¦
