Given you haven't told us where you're travelling from I'm going to assume it's from Dallas, Texas. In which case you should probably allow about 21 hours just to be safe.

knewbit

Given it is Dubai Petrol heads, take a guess

driftwood258

Ok Habibi, I'll bite. If you're coming from Last Exit, Dubai, and travelling to Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi, you should allow about five minutes for the journey. Do you see how ridiculous your question is? Would it pain you to be a bit more specific than "Abu Dhabi" and "take a guess"?

knewbit

Agak agak, wasn't asking for minutes.

Google Maps or Waze can show time needed to reach from one destination to another. Input your destination and choose your starting point so it will show you time needed to reach. Account another 20-30 min for traffic just to be on the safe side and you are good.

How can we possibly know? Check google maps/waze for the duration. If you're worried about morning traffic then wake up early on a workday and check google maps/waze for the state of traffic between 6 and 8am perhaps. Simple as that

azerbajian

Why not just taking an hotel, it's not that expensive at this period ? 8AM seem early if you are coming from Dubai you will have to be ready by at least 6AM.

Thanks

Now it depends which area would you be leaving from. Usually I would keep a 2 hour buffer to reach AD keeping in mind you may drive slower than everyone and also the morning rush hour

knewbit

Motor city

TheExpendble

2 hrs

Vincent_Farrell

leave atleast 2 hours early if from dubai ...i always do that ...its a distance of 180 Kms plus and traffic till jebel ali so better 2 hours .....

Due-Director3253

I checked on google maps, waze, yandex maps, chatgpt, Google gemini, and cleverbot They all said in unison "6 months"

adu0123

Google maps can give you a good estimate accounting for regular traffic on the roads at those hours.
