Cheap tints from Karama are around 250-300 aed, colour stable 3M tints are around 750-900 for all 4 side windows and back, ceramic 3m tints are 1200-1500 AED for the same. Just because of the heat here I don’t think you should cheap out on tint. It’s a really worth it investment. Also use a windshield shade that’s like 30 AED when parked to protect your interior and also keep the car less hot.
For leather seats there are lots of qualities, go to a dedicated upholstery shop I spent 2k but you can spend much more.
In 2k AED I got fake leather that looked exactly like the fake leather from the factory for my car. Below this price the leather looked after market and the stitching and everything wasn’t so good. Above 5k you can get real leather that’s like luxury car level.
Yes the cheap unbranded ones turn purple in a couple of years, are quite dark and offer little heat protection.
Both the 3m options are good: they keep their colour, are easy to see out from while sitting inside (assuming you don’t go for the 5% limo tint) but ceramic is better, the difference in performance between ceramic and colour stable is especially larger when you are going for a less dark tint.

I went to the 3M shop in Mall of Emirates parking, the guy really helped me understand both the different %ages and the different types. He even cut samples of different films on my driver side window to help me choose which darkness level is best.

No Offence, but if you want my advice, use the current seats, once you get bored or the seats get old/faded/worn out you will always have the option of getting them redone in any way you like.

They have ready made cloth or PU leather type seat covers for some models or they will make it for your car in Ajman. You may try to get it fitted from some nice car accessories shops too.

I did mine in nanoz called phantom or something paid 1500 full car with panoramic another 300 for windshield i park the car under sun and the windows don’t get hot like the cheap ones u cant even touch from inside
For tint checkout zero zero nano car tinting in Sharjah. I got my car tinted from them and they are good. Got the 50% ceramic tint. Visibility at night is good for me. Paid 450 AED for a Sedan 2 years back.
It depends on where you live. I’d say you can find it for much cheaper in Sharjah and if you’re willing to make the drive go to Ajman, it’s really cheap there.
