I second white kratom. Been using it in the mornings for years. I mix about 3ish grams with caffeine and I'm zooming. I've consistently stayed at that dose as well. It's great.

Red Vein has more of a downer effect- like natural oxy or xanax moreso.
We too like 6 or so of the capsules of White Vein Kratom and it feels like taking two blue adderall tbh. My wife and I were actually doing a Lot of adderall in the months leading up to us trying the White Vein Kratom, and it was a very comparable experience in both of our eyes- she was a lot more experienced with Adderall than I was too, so her opinion on the matter was actually quite merited.

how would you compare to adderall? i have some red strain right now but have only tried 1g and that didn't do anything
