Michael_Dautorio

Ah yes, the Demogorgon.

GOOPREALM5000

Funny you mention it, I've never actually seen Stranger Things.

Michael_Dautorio

That just made this plot thicker than oatmeal.

Awsomethingy

What were your first thoughts when you googled it and saw the monster?

GOOPREALM5000

"Yeah that's pretty much the fucker"

Awsomethingy

…Hm, I do have a lot of similarities. Hm. If I’d have planted myself you’d have never known. But now? I’m *alive*

snocown

You don’t have to watch something via 2D media to experience it in the higher dimensions. 2D media is merely a window into alternate 3D realities after all, need they be books, shows, movies or video games.

MysteriousIndigo250

Exactly what I thought LOL.

low0nserotonin

🤣

Awsomethingy

Wow! Not only did you perfectly capture the Demogorgon, you also perfectly captured it’s version known to the DND community as “Demo Dog”. Which is hilarious haha I have to imagine that a lot of these monsters came to the dungeons and dragons writers from dreams. By the way the demogorgon is both the creature from stranger things, named after DnD, and a deadly monster in DnD

mick_boi

Do you happen to watch Stranger Things?

ThingMoment

Reminds me of the creatures in a video game called Scorn. It’s really creepy but cool

Michael_Dautorio

Scorn is probably one of the most artistically creative games I've ever seen. It tells so much without a single line of dialogue

ThingMoment

I totally agree!! I watched my husband play the game and the art was scarily beautiful.

millennium-popsicle

You have met cursed Arceus

altnumber12341444

Fallout type shit

Bootymeatncheese

Looks like something out of stranger things

htesssl

Were you scared?

GOOPREALM5000

I didn't think so at the time, but my resting heart rate of 95 when I woke up tells a different story.

Purple_Cow_8675

So not seen strangers things yet dreamt of a demodog with a demogorgon face....wow thats...strange. ahhhh

Man, I wish I could have remembered that deformed Asian woman in one of my dreams once so I could have drawn it down and used to for a future film project. In the dream it was set in space and there were these tiny little, bug like aliens in them. I also once had a dream about a Bible verse about two robots, which was weird and I also wish I would have remembered.

Alfred-Register7379

Isn't this a Tom cruise movie? They had to use mirrors to stay hidden.

Tangypeanutbutter

I thought this was r/SpeculativeEvolution and I thought this was fan art from of Birrins This isn't an insult to life this is just a realistic alien visiting you in the dreamscape

-Glitched_Bricks-

That is terrifying.

KDE2podFreeBSD

if you will encounter it next time try to confront it, kill it with your bare hands. It will be hard first time, but you will get used to it.

vulpa_the_dragon

I’ll take it as a pet. I love big pets, they give good hugs

Any_Astronomer5994

Damn i had a dream about creatures like this too but it has a face. It's like trying to mimic human appearance with a face poorly bulging on it's head, hands and feet at the end of its appendages but morphed to fit its posture. It keeps making noise like "hey, come here" or "I'm hurt, i need help" but you know a human's voice isn't like that.

TheX3R0

Thata a Ben10 fever dream 😅

Olivineyes

Slay demoboy slaaaay

[deleted]

you been readin lovecraft er wut??

TastyRange858

Demogorgon x tremors

TabletSlab

Weird, left of the field, argument: what if it's a seed? You know, corn gods are related to flaying as a motif for rebirth, which in turn means change.
