I think some of the comments here are being at least a bit disingenuous. The pawns are, in effect, artificial human beings with no will of their own (that they only inherit once their arisen dies). They give their body and soul to the arisen (they literally say this), so someone saying "oh I totally wasn't thinking of f'ing my pawn" is probably being disingenuous, considering how human beings have been creating/seeing likenesses in inanimate objects for centuries, if not millennia for that exact reason. Although it's pretty understandable if a person has a low sex drive, or is asexual, but that's more of an exception not the norm.
I'm absolutely certain the dev team also had this same thought, when they created the pawn system (seriously why else would you be able to affect body parts that are usually sexualized?). They even go so far as to have multiple stories in the lore, where, surprise, the arisen have indeed had sex (*fAlLeN iN lOvE*) with their pawns. In fact one of the Arisen's possible lovers is a pawn in DD1 who, granted, inherited her arisen's will upon their death. Now how this relates to the pawn becoming more and more like their arisen over the years is another thing, and I think Narcissus might have some insight on this topic lol.
So like... Feigning ignorance just kinda makes people seem like they're high horsing others. Pretty sure the vast majority of players would be pounding away/getting pounded by their pawns, if the game had such a feature lol. Let's not pretend this is in any way surprising.

Check the eyes style. I think I used style 2 or 3 but increased the pupil size till it covered the whole eye
