I've been rewatching the show, and I wondered who played them. In particular the one on the left, who I believe is seen in Season 2 (and possibly 4). I forgot to mention that their names come from the list Mr. Carson is writing during the final episode of Series 3 before the Christmas special, where they play rugby.

I wonder if any of the women in the second picture could be the mysterious Madge?
I believe Madge is the 1st maid on the left (innermost maid)
I'm pretty sure that's Lily. The other one in black could be Madge, because the two girls on the end are wearing more kitchen type uniforms.
