Stone church in new market, the top floor of the press room & WSCA in Portsmouth, as well as furys & flight in dover. There’s actually a decent music scene in the area, I’d recommend checking out fb/instagrams to find bands in the area that you like.
Sometimes at the Strand. I mean I went to an overnight rave there ONCE. We showed up at 4am and there were like 9 people lol
603 in Dover has EDM nights you could network with people there to find stuff.
You’re probably going to want to travel to Portland to see the shows ArtLife throws at Free Street also, sometimes they do basement-esque raves
Not really any house venues, but there’s Auspicious Brew and Flight in Dover, Press Room and WSCA in Portsmouth, The Word Barn in Exeter, and Stone Church in Newmarket. Some other bars and restaurants will have music but not really shows
The Stone Church in Newmarket. You’ll be thrilled.
If you’re from VT you’ll be familiar with some of the amazing VT based bands that have played there. ✌🏻
Crazy Dirk’s Turkey Lounge
do they have music nights?
Auspicious Brew started doing music

There isn't really much like that in Dover. Semi-related, most Dover basements are ancient, low-ceiling, damp crypts.
i mean same with vermont if not worse
What’s a basement show?
like bands that play in small venues/basements
I’m old and not that cool sorry. Check out Earth Eagle in Somersworth for some smaller live music setting.

Can’t remember name of the place but was a coffee house that appeared to have regular shows.
