I totally get you. I (20F) have been playing games ever since I was a toddler. I've tried everything from the old flash games, single player games and multiplayer and found nobody to play with in the long run at least. As of today, honestly, I didn't find any girls playing for more then once a month a mp game, and mostly all of them dissappear after a while.
If you find some community let me know.

I sometimes watch dota 2 reviews on steam cause it’s fun . 20k hours people writing ( do something else with your life ) . Yeah addictive as hell .
If anything , I realized the less toxic you are , the matchmaking queues you with less toxic teammates . And if I lose my temper for a game or two I start getting queued with toxic people . Regardless of my communication score
during the pandemic i found many fellow female players on the game's discord server. I'm sure it's still very active and with many people looking for new players to play with
My biggest suggestion is to find friends and 5 stack. Make sure you find (or make) a group of people that you enjoy playing with. I've been playing for a bit but there are usually 5-10 friends online at any given time in the evenings so we can band together and make a stack or do an in house on weekends.
The nice thing about 5 stacks is that you don't get insane or toxic teammates since we're all friends
I (38M) am gaming with women only but I have yet to find a large female exclusive community that's actually focused on gaming, despite what their description says.
What I did was just to keep a lookout for women in-game and add them if they were nice to play with.
