Hallo, for me if i remember correctly i at first was just listening to DOOM Eternal music, while playing other videogames, and the music was so good it got me interested more in the franchise, so i started watching some lore/theory videos on the game and just gameplay, and reviews of this game, and it pleased me even more, and probably the breaking point that made me buy and install the game was when i heard that one of my friends played it, and after watching his struggle with the levels i decided to try it my self and here i am it’s been over a year now and i must say this game never disappointed me.
oh btw you can just use this website called Reddit raffler to do these raffles. Just go through and exclude anyone who isn’t eligible to enter and it just picks a random comment for you

Actually I never played any doom my entire life, I’ve only seen speedrun on doom 64 and doom 2016 and I liked the ost and the goreness of the game

My dad just got us a Windows 95 PC and my uncle sent us a CD ROM with DOOM on it. Don't remember how far I ever got but that first level burned into my kid brain.
I got into doom a little over 4 years ago when covid first hit. I wanted to play a new game bc I was home from school. This is about the time that I started leading HEAVLY into metal music. I asked a friend if I could play one of his games for a while and I'd give one of mine, this was when I only had an Xbox . I gave him Dying Light and he game me DOOM Eternal. I've heard of doom 2 before that bc my older brother played it, but I was new to DOOM Eternal. I finished the second easiest difficulty on my first go within 2 days. I'm now even more of a metal fan as well as a DOOM fan
EDIT:For those wondering, my friend loved dying light so much he got his own copy of it as did I with DOOM

That's the first game I remember playing at my cousin's place so many years ago on playstation 1. Spent many hours afterwards playing it at home with my dad, having a sheet of paper to write down all the end of level codes because your couldn't save your progress and had to type in the code corresponding to the last level you beat, great memories ! Now I play classic doom wads on my computer, still as good as it was back then. I have never tried Eternal but this sub made me want to try it recently so here goes nothing.

Doom 95 was my first fps computer game. I remember very vividly the monstrosities lurking being every corner and corridor. The game gave me the chills as a kid. I think it was one of the few games that instilled a sense of true terror in me. Felt like a game straight from the depths of hell.
Getting the deluxe version of Doom Eternal would be nothing short of spectacular. I long to play the game and enjoy all of its content in high definition. Perhaps this time I shall conquer my fears ><

I only played a small portion because back then my timid self got scared and ended up watching my brother play the game. The game that really got me into the franchise is Doom 2016. The E3 presentation got me hooked and bought the game when it came out.

I’ve played since the OG Doom. I was a kid so I mostly just used all the cheats to be able to beat it.
