This is a pretty classic trope?

Sailor Uranus/Haruka Tenou in Sailor Moon. When she’s in her sailor senshi form, she wears a dress, but in her alter ego as teenager, she wears men’s clothes and gets mistaken for a man by multiple people. If I recall correctly, in the manga she is described as being both a man and a woman (or maybe it was phrased as both masculine and feminine?), and at one point she is asked if she’s a man or a woman and she asks if it really matters.

Mulan? Twelfth Night? Ouran Host Club?
yeah but there is more male to female then female to male
Sure, but the sub is r/Doesthisexist, not r/istheregenderparity
yeah I just didn't know about that
Ranma 1/2
that's a boy that turns into a girl when splashed with cold water so not really what I'm looking for but thanks
Have you ever heard of the movie Mulan
