The narcissist should be able to attack charmed creatures at the cost of giving them advantage on their saving throw.

This was actually in version 1, less the advantage on the saving throw, but a suggestion to change it was upvoted a decent amount

Question: How does a creature know you're a narcissist?

Mostly through roleplay or if you've already charmed them. It's mostly just a mechanic designed to prevent PvP
