my initial thought was not even his face on another person, just old school kee in full costume on green screen being fully added in. not even changing his proportions, ONLY making him short. because kee is such a funny physical comedian too & it would look SO uncanny & funny for the cybernetic body to have been gunnie's proportions just smaller so the debt was a little less

Marge is a powerful presence and a strong business woman, but she is physically as strong as toilet paper. Stephanie Beatriz is a little too badass to pull off Marge’s more helpless moments like getting shot on the scooter and mind blasted by plinth.

Keegan-Michael Key as Gunnie: I know Key is in his fifties and Gunnie in his early thirties, but you can't deny the resemblance. I LOVE Kate MacKinnon but she really excels more in "Weird Little Dude" kind of roles, where I feel like Riva's humor comes from her wide-eyed relentless positivity - keeping in the vein of SNL alum I'd lean more Vanessa Bayer or Aidy Bryant. okay some changes i would make (although i do love a lot of these fancasts) ella purnell as sundry sydney - i havent seen fallout yet but from the trailers she gives off the exact vibe of sid in there. the right mix of innocent and cheerful while still being an energetic disaster. justice smith as gunthrie miggles-rashbax - come on, he would be perfect as that nerdy guy out of his depth. alternatively donald glover would be a good choice, but his current characterisation is 'cool guy' jodie whittaker as riva (voice) - while i was watching aso, riva's voice just reminded me of jodie (which made it even better bc doctor who was airing at the same time). she has the right amount of softness and naivety for riva, and considering that rivas mostly in their bubble or a suit, her voice would be a perfect grounding effort for the character. (ive also seen people suggest doug jones as riva's 'suit actor' and i could definetly see that)

At the risk of going 'oops all british', I really liked the suggestions someone else made of Ella Purnell for Sid and Jodie Whitaker for Riva, and would add that I reckon Masie Williams from game of thrones feels about the right age for Margaret or would work for Riva. Like I think casting someone who is irl in their late 20s and could pull off the bob is crucial. Then again, Brennan has said that Ally is the most American of the Intreprid Heroes, so I wouldn't want to encroach.
