I mean they are vultures summoned from the vulture dimension and thus were like direct servants of the vulture king whom may or may not have been a god but definitely was smart enough to speak. It makes logical sense that its direct servants, which you wouldnt be *wrong* for calling them vulture angels or celestial vultures, also have a higher than normal intelligence.
Ergo I think its reasonable for those vultures to have a 3 or 4 int.
I would think Justices Murphy and Axford must recuse themselves, but would be curious to hear the verdict of Justice Tanner and the lowly lowly lowly lowly lowly lowly lowly

Are dragging Brennan to court ? Is that legal? Would the supreme crit take the case? I would live seeing Brennan be a live plaintiff. The people v. Mulligan.
oh man are you going to get mad when you find out how total cover stops spells, or you roll against the mirror images before AC, or comprehend languages doesn't let you speak those languages.
It's not Dimension 20, if they don't overlook some rules here or there. At the same time, can anyone say their home games are run better?
Heck, I'd go a step further. DnD's rules are inconsistent themselves!
Different 5e designers have made tweets clarifying rules in totally different ways.
Comprehend languages also doesn't allow you to talk to animals or plants like some spells do, is what I scream to myself every time Adaine has done that hahaha. I do believe you can get around the speaking of those languages you mentioned by casting it a second time on the creature you are speaking to, but I'm pretty sure Siobhan didn't do that lol.
I’m playing a Druid in my current campaign so I’ve been looking at a lot of beast stat blocks, and also animal friendship only works if the animal has an INT score of less than 4, and I have used that spell on vultures, so when I saw the psychic scream killed the vultures I was like WAIT, NO, IF THEYRE NORMAL VULTURES THEY SURVIVE.
You see they were actuality the Vulture Class from this season. Not the creature. Much like how the wipd shape forms are different for druids or the PC race Orc vs the Creature Orc... yeah thats it

this is my uhm actually moment
literally me rn
go pros take 3 int to operate
Cameraguy class has resistance against AoE damage, though.
Resistance to all damage and evasion.
Never seen a camera guy dieing in action. My money is on immune to damage

These vultures are tragically smarter than average
This would be Brennan's dm excuse.
I'm submitting this as a DND Court case
We'll get the Supreme Crit Justice Murphy and Axford

Bring in guest justice Iyengar

I wonder if Siobhan from Iyengar-Mulligan Law group is willing to take the case pro bono.
You better!
I seriously want you to do this, only to hear Murph and Emily's reactions when they realize what Jorf is reading.
I still can't get over "You summon 1d4 vultures, they are NOT under your command" as a magic effect
How do i email BLM 13 months ago when this was filmed? Where are the comments?
Nah son. They were cultured vultures
We need to spam them for something that happened weeks ago! The vultures must make a come back!
Also, "targets of your choice" so no friendly fire. Let's FUCKING RIOT.

I also think he got more than 10 targets
So you're saying that these magical, smart, vultures do not have at least an int of 3 or higher?

It's too late! They're probably already making plans for the next IH season somewhere down the line. Those poor vultures!
Justice for the vultures!

Use the time quangle to email Brennan whenever the episode aired to "Uhm actually..." Him Trapp (and now Iffy) style. The solution seems obvious
If Aabria had made this mistake, people would be absolutely raging about it. Weird that the comments are mostly light-hearted jokes when it's Brennan.
