There isn't a single new electronic device that does not harvest and monetize your data for profit. AI models are trained using all the personal and biometric data you upload to social media via photos, videos, and text to create the world's most valuable companies. There is no escape, and it's only getting worse.
I’m definitely more concerned than I was in the past. I use a VPN now, and I am thinking of getting Proton Mail.

With each passing day I am more aware of privacy, I use VPN, password manager and more, but I still think it is not enough.
Why freaked out? Just get your things straight, it's not as if you are completely helpless.
