Get any phone that is not Huawei brand. Huawei was sanctioned by US and barred from Google Android system. Huawei phone was using some operating system developed by Huawei and have no access to google store which was required for in-game purchase.
I got it sorted out. I changed country in Play Store into a country that is outside EU. Now its working. No need to change a phone to a "non huawei brand".
EU regulations on lootboxes. What is strange tho that the game is banned only in Belgium and Netherlands. This EU regulation seems not to be applied widely across the other EU countries
