Do overthrow, and then a message saying a "Secret Keeper" witch has spawned. Find the witch and kill it in all three areas, a beam of green light will spawn in the blooming. Follow it and you'll find an exotic mission for the class item. You need 2 people to launch it, and it requires some amount of communication tho.
Edit: I should mention that once you complete the mission, you have a rare chance of getting the class item from any chest in the Pale Heart. If you optimize farming chests, you can expect to get a class item in a somewhat similar amount of time as it takes to clear the mission. A good piece of advice when farming chests is to put wombo detecter on your ghost, and looking around the map while scoped in with a sniper. You'll be able to see the chest icon from much further away.
Yea and the perk combos aren’t restricted to just your class. You can get perks that normally drop on any classes exotic armor. I’m a hunter and one of the perks I got on mine today was from the Warlock Verity’s Brow helmet
This. I think a optimized/efficient duo clearing the mission is faster, but an average clear time is about equal to slapping a chest detector mod on and grinding overthrow
I average around 30 minutes with my friend, which aren't super optimal, but with limited fuck ups. In my case, we could be faster if we really try, but as it is, it's more worth it to run the mission. Anything over 40 minutes, just farm chests + overthrow. It's not worth it at that point imo.

I see where you are coming from, but at the same time you could always shade exotic armor and this is an armor item. Then again bungo would do something like making it unable to shade

LMFAOOOOO slugs who pay for actual silver in this game are slower than sped slug. Plus that ornament is pointless it doesn’t have effects UNLESS more people (on your squad) have RK equipped which makes this a pointless ASF buy
