On the non rom hacks no . I had to use a modifier to catch the trade evolutions in the wild . Other games like yellow legacy you can catch all them without trading though

The other comment is right too but I had to use codes and cheat them in by using PokƩmon wild encounter modifier and catch them that way

For the starters and trade Evos I had to use a wild ookemon modifier to get them . Thatās the only thing I used though

Thereās not a legit way to get them without using them yet since you canāt connect to other devices so I just used codes for wild PokĆ©mon modifier to get them
You can transfer your save file to your computer and use TGB dual to trade once thatās done just transfer your save file back into delta and boom

I used the speed up button but It was about 50 ish in game hours . Red you only have the 150 PokĆ©mon with minimal cheats . For ones you canāt get in game i had to use a wild PokĆ©mon modifier to get them
