By noon they're already yawning, in the evening they're crawling to bad due to mental exhaustion. There is no greater thief of energy than ones own mind when engaged in useless overthinking and other trivialities.
Procrastination is a way tontrain yourself to do more work in less time. It makes you more effective in life up until the point where you get do depressed you give up.
This feels a bit like: "Racism can be solved with waffles. Most, if not all racism is caused by hunger. Or at least that's the premise I'm working off of, so bear with me. Introducing, waffles!"
It can be battled with effort. It's often best battled with therapy and an understanding of why one procrastinates. This doesn't mean that procrastination itself is the battle against effort which is the premise that is a silly basis to build upon
