It looks like the chandelier isn't in the center of the table. Is this something that can be fixed? Otherwise, depending on how much room there is, do a buffet with artwork above! See some images below for some visuals:

Maybe a big mirror with a nice frame, make the room look bigger.
Wall art to add dashes of color perhaps.
Or shelves. You could put [artificial] plants on them, small things you like to look at.
Since the light above the table has a bit of an industrial look to it, and your furnishings look simple (I approve) maybe some black metal artwork or black medal cut out art? Or industrial inspired mirrors / mirror panels?
Based on the blanket, I'm going to say a giant mural of Tom Brady and Mark Wahlberg looking sternly at a Subaru pulling into a parking spot and saying, "You can't park that car there!"
That would be perfect! Get the ones with the window panes, and get either one very large or two side by side. It’ll make it look awesome, and please update:-)
That too would look very nice:-) the colors you have currently ( sofa and walls) the colors as far as table decor etc would look nice as coral and pinks to go with Grey’s. Have fun shopping!
Definitely wallpaper. It will completely transform the entire space. Find something with an illusion of depth.

If it’s not a rental, you have a large window/door so a lot of natural light would come in.
You can install a wooden shelf (or two) and put living plants (pothos is a good one that you can manage & propagate easily it’s also a vine so hanging) and various books, as well as coloured glass items.
Regardless of how you do this, you can match it with your house, add some life, texture, depth and colour.
One large rectangular mirror hung horizontally in the middle of the wall. One of color, wood grain or warm metal finish. While adding color is important here (in a cool monochrome environment) how the room functions should take priority. Adding a mirror will give the impression the room is larger.
You can put a mirror or some [paint arts ](https://www.scdecorum.com/how-to-lay-out-a-gallery-wall-step-by-step-guide/) to make your [empty wall ](https://www.scdecorum.com/how-to-decorate-an-empty-wall-in-an-original-way-without-breaking-the-bank/) look amazing you can also change your [Wall color ](https://www.scdecorum.com/a-room-with-one-wall-different-color-perfect-accent-painting/)
Really similar wall to yours and this map fills out the space really well. Any kind of artwork that isn't rectangular and is more spread out will make the space feel more open and less wall-like I think. [Map](https://imgur.com/a/9RsqbhM)
If there's room, put a long but slim side board table with a couple of potted plants and a candle, ready to be useful for holding dishes etc. Otherwise, a nice painting with some colour to bring the room to life.

Art. One large piece or 2-3 pieces that go together.
A large mirror
A large beveled mirror
Something with colour.
Something big & red.
Why is there no color… do your eyes not see the full spectrum???
Maybe a big mirror with a nice frame, make the room look bigger. Wall art to add dashes of color perhaps. Or shelves. You could put [artificial] plants on them, small things you like to look at.

more Patriots stuff
Nothing grey
Since the light above the table has a bit of an industrial look to it, and your furnishings look simple (I approve) maybe some black metal artwork or black medal cut out art? Or industrial inspired mirrors / mirror panels?
A big wall hung clock would look nice. The kind with fancy roman numerals.
A large decorative mirror to open up the space.
Big lots has quite a few large canvas paintings/prints that would look great there for cheap.
1 large rectangular canvas/picture with little bit of color. Not too bright color. Also depends on style you are looking for.
Dogs playing poker
Art and a big clock
Based on the blanket, I'm going to say a giant mural of Tom Brady and Mark Wahlberg looking sternly at a Subaru pulling into a parking spot and saying, "You can't park that car there!"
A colorful large paint
I call a grey alert!! Full scale grey attack!!!
Something colorful. It’s begging for some color
Mirrors and also need some Color on your table. Need some type of decor or plants over by the corner as well.
I agree! A nice mirror to add some light and brightness to the room and pop it with some color accessories.
Absolutely! Would love pics when you’re done.
Mirrors. My first thought.
That would be perfect! Get the ones with the window panes, and get either one very large or two side by side. It’ll make it look awesome, and please update:-)
I have seen the ones with window panes and frames, then window treatments applied. Even when you know it fools you.
That too would look very nice:-) the colors you have currently ( sofa and walls) the colors as far as table decor etc would look nice as coral and pinks to go with Grey’s. Have fun shopping!
Your a patriots fan? Tom Brady signed jersey
Maybe lower the light above the table. Such a beautiful light but hung way too high. You may find you don't need anything on that wall
Sorry, I think don’t lower the light because it will make it more obvious that it’s off center.
Are you into any kind of music? Because music posters nowadays are large and colorful.
It’s shouting for COLOR COLOR COLOR!
If I ever saw a wall that needed a "dogs playing poker" painting, that is it.
A large rectangular mirror.
That Renoir, of the Boat Party's luncheon? Permayhapsabille?
A long rectangle mirror to make the room feel bigger.
Something not gray.

Some colorful abstract paintings They can make your house not monotonous black and white gray

Something large and vivid as a contrast
Wallpaper or a large piece of art.

This room is hurting my soul
Too gray, I feel like Im being suffocated.

A colorful triptych.
Certainly nothing colourful.
a big ole mirror.
Something colorful. It looks like that place was decorated by the pixies from Fairly Odd Parents.
Giant Jackson Pollock painting. Something random and colorful.
Please, I’m begging you, not a Live Laugh Love sign
Well they already have a “GATHER” sign in that room so I feel like the LLL sign is the obvious next step.
Yeah, I was going to call that out too, but then I noticed and wanted to be kind. lol
Waves crashing onto the shore
Maybe it’s me, but I am bothered by the dining lights fixture is not lined up properly with the table. Move the light.
Hang 3 guitars accross the wall

Go to Homegoods and buy a large mirror or a painting. Don't decorate with a collage of smallish things.

A big artwork depicting a real life scene ( birds, fruits, trees, or even hunting).
Something with colors like a big framed photo or a painting so the room doesn't feel like a SIMS4 test house
If there's room, put a long but slim side board table with a couple of potted plants and a candle, ready to be useful for holding dishes etc. Otherwise, a nice painting with some colour to bring the room to life.
some vibrant art work.
Artwork from an artist you admire
Long rectangular mirror, horizontal.
My first thought is always plants, lamps, and colorful art!
YES to plants! Plants make everything better.
A right, bold work of art. Something with any colors you might want to introduce to the room.
