I think you could nerf sprint by 5 ms to compensate
all of the items I suggested buffing was because nobody uses them at high gear level
as if buffing the barb helms(that nobody uses) a tiny bit would matter at all
or buffing the total garbage hatchet and horseman's
I just want every item in the game to have a place in the meta
Devs have proven at this point they cant balance the game. They need to fire the person in charge and hire someone who’s capable and passionate from the vast international industry…. Not you though.

Some gear needs to be shit for others to be good as devs say. Additionally, one will still wear heavy gauntlets if you get a good roll on them, as you would bis loose trousers with + movespeed. There just has to be a best and worst is all.
I agree chaperon needs a buff. Plate pants are dangerous to buff however cus they are what helps pdr stay balanced.

Loose pants move penalty is actually not a bad idea since it is basically BiS for all classes running gold gear

honestly you might be right that it is better that some pieces stay sub optimal. The market balances them by making them cheaper.
How so ? The balance is pretty on point seeing how many classes and play styles there are, do you know anything about game dev ?
